Our Business Objectives

As a business, we aim to:

  • Develop and support a network of local affiliates to expand the provision of support and advocacy efforts.
  • Develop market training and technical assistance services and resources.
  • Develop the capacity to serve as a central resource for families, allied groups, nonprofits, and organizations at the local and state levels.
  • Develop a service model that supports our ability to identify and reach underprivileged and disadvantaged families in need of these services.
  • Develop an annual policy agenda and conduct efforts to shape and change policies that benefit our target demographics.

  • Develop a marketing campaign to communicate the role and purpose of C.R.E.A.T.E. CDC to the communities and families of Houston, as well as our founders and stakeholders.
  • Create a resource development plan that diversifies funding sources and increases organizational sustainability.
